I have allergies... what do you suggest?
Though I take great care in making sure each item is made from the best ingredients, they are not hypoallergenic. Products can contain ingredients & fragrance oils that can trigger allergic reactions. All ingredients are listed for this reason. If allergy or rash occurs, please discontinue use and consult a physician. Whipped Up Wonderful is not responsible for any allergic reaction.
What if my bubble taffy doesn't bubble?
Due to differences in water quality all over the world, I cannot guarantee that my bubble bars will work all the time. Different mineral contents and water treatment facilities create different qualities of water that may inhibit the bubble production in my bubble bars.
Please contact me if this happens, I'll be happy to offer an exchange for another product.
Why is this bomb is a different color?
Due to variation in screen calibrations and monitor differences, and the handmade nature of my items, colors may vary slightly from the picture. All ingredients are the same and we do strive to make them as uniform as possible.
How long do the products last?
Bath Bombs & Bubble Bars have a life span of a year, of course I encourage using them sooner, for the best results.
Mud Masks, Oils, and Perfumes should also last up to a year, making sure no water comes in contact with the product, and they are kept out of direct sunlight.
What if my bath bomb doesn't fizz?
While this is a rare occurrence, it has been reported. Let me know so I can offer a solution to you! I guarantee happiness with my products!

Gift wrapping and packaging
All items are sent without the pricing info, as an extra step to make your items as "giftable" as possible! I have different gift wrapping options available for most items. Please ask me if you have any further requests! I love making your gifts look pretty!
I gave you the wrong address!
Contact me as soon as you can. We will pull the order and make the necessary changes. After it's been marked as shipped, I can't fix it.
If it ships to the incorrect address and comes back to me, I'll have to charge shipping fees. If it doesn't come back to me, then it is up to you to replace the order with the correct shipping address.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are at all unhappy with your items, please contact me (hopefully before leaving a review). Send the unused portions of your purchase back to me. You may request a prepaid label, which will be deducted from your refund.
If you wish for an exchange, we will send you a prepaid label for your items. Once we get the items, we'll ship out your exchange request.
